About Paul
Many years of experience in hospitality sales and development have made Paul Dennis into the customer service professional that today’s market demands. His attention to detail, focus and drive have proven to be a real asset to Sage Realtor Group’s clients.
Paul was born and raised in Halifax, Nova Scotia. After studying at Dalhousie University he settled in Virginia Beach, Va. where he helped implement a new sales division for Coca Cola. After 12 years in Virginia Beach the call of the wild drew Paul to St. Croix, USVI. In between scuba diving, exploring other Caribbean nations and enjoying the “island lifestyle”, Paul found time to start a small gourmet foods distribution company which serviced St Croix, St Thomas and St John.
After several years of vacationing in SW Florida, Paul, his wife Wendy, and children Marlowe, Max and Lily decided to become full time residents. When he’s not working you will find Paul enjoying the sunshine and beautiful waterways that bring us all here. He enjoys scuba diving, exploring the barrier islands by boat and just relaxing on the beach with friends.
Paul’s work ethic can be summed up in one short quote from Benjamin Franklin,
“Keep thy shop and thy shop will keep thee”.
