Mark Strebel brings diverse real estate

Having come from a real estate family and growing up on the job site, Mark started designing and building custom homes in Cincinnati as one of the youngest builders in the nation at age 19.

After successfully proving himself in this arena, he moved on to residential development by first becoming one of the top salesmen for Ohio’s largest land development company. This quickly led to Mark going on his own to design and develop mid to high-end residential properties in the Cincinnati and Dayton, Ohio areas.

Mark also brings experience managing and leasing commercial retail shopping centers and has many diverse entrepreneurial ventures to his credit. Mark has been a member of the American Home Builder’s Association and the Ohio Valley Development Council for the last eight years.

Mark decided to make his move to paradise three years ago as he had been spending a lot of time in SouthWest Florida as an investor. An avid outdoors-man, Mark enjoys Scuba diving, boating, fishing (anything on the water), golf and Formula 1 racing (a Ferrari nut).

Mark specializes in waterfront properties in the Cape and condo-living in the South Fort Myers area, but as his background suggests, he is well acquainted with most all property types and will be happy to assist you with land, lot, home and commercial properties. Mark expertly tracks current price trends to better help his clients find the best possible deal to meet their needs at the best possible price.
